How am I billed?
Through Shopify. Premium appears on your regular Shopify invoice, monthly or yearly. We never see your card details.
Do I pay during the trial?
No. Premium starts with a 14-day free trial. Uninstall or switch back to Free during the trial and you pay nothing.
What counts as an active rule?
A payment, shipping or checkout rule whose status is Active. Inactive rules are saved but don't change checkout, so you can keep drafts on any plan.
What happens if I go back to Free?
Nothing breaks. Rules that are already active keep running, and PayGate shows a warning. To switch on another rule, you'll need to be within the Free plan's 1 active rule, or upgrade again.
Is it free on a development store?
Yes. On development stores every plan is free, so you can set up and test Premium before your store goes live.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Uninstall PayGate and billing stops; its rules stop running at checkout straight away.
